Updates and news and info, Oh my!!
March 26, 2008 – Guess what folks? Tom – that’s me – finally decided to start getting geared up to play! I have my gear ready to go, the field is getting ready for regular use, and the rest of the guys are itching for some play. I hope. Also, I will be selling off some of my equipment that just doesn’t see enough use. If you see me at the field, ask me about it. I might have something to sell you!
This summer should pan out well. Most of us have normal weekday jobs and have time off in the evenings. Unfortunately, my weekdays are going to be in Malta… so my play time will be weekends only for the first month or so of the summer. We would like to get some regular play going before graduation time, but the plans are yet to be ironed out. I can tell you this though, the field is scheduled to be open every other weekend for the whole summer, trusting that Phil is in good health and up to it.
At these open games, I will be grilling burgers and hotdogs. Most likely, this will just be my way of saying “Thank you for playing with me!” and will be offered to you for free so long as you help clean up.

On a side note.. Kurt Vonnegut Jr. died today at the age of 84. "So it goes" - your work will not be forgotten!

March 20, 2007 - Guess what fellas, I got Team Rogue marker #1 up 'n' runnin'!!
"What is it??!!", you ask with the excitement of a six year-old on his birthday.
"I'll tell you... it is a Tippmann ProLite!"
Yea... its old. And it runs on LIQUID CO2. That gave me some major fits when trying to figure out why it was not cycling.
So, now we have the most incredible item in the world... a team marker! Anyone that wants to use this can. As long as I get it back by the end of the day, you are good!

March 17, 2007 - So... we played a game today! Hoorah! Team Rogue had a strong showing of 3 members, and picked up another, check the "Members" section to see the latest member - Joe. And Thomas got a shot in the twig 'n' giggle-berries. Poor fella!
The weather welcomed us with a whopping 60* max. Felt much warmer. Also - the winter of not playing has left a few of us a smidge listless. Jess took for the hills and I thought about taking a nap before pursuing him. Dillon.... Oh Dillon... Dillon and cactus makes a funny yet painful combination.
Shoopy played well today, even though he got bunkered pretty hard-core by Joe. He did end up shooting Dillon at the very end of the day.
Thomas... he was useful! Even though Thomas is usually one of the guys that just gets shot, today he helped to quell that premonition. He ended up shooting Dillon square in the chest. Good shot mang!
Joe played his usual kick-ass game. He even showed up with his new toy!
I - uh... I didn't play as wells as I wanted to. I just wanted to sleep. I got shot a couple times. I shot Joe once or twice... Overall - I wish it was on the legit field!!! Hurry Phil!
So - thats it for the first update. Amazing, eh? Want to just give me all of your valuables so that I can buy more toys? No? Ok, whatever!
